What We Do
Suicide Prevention Training
We offer QPR Gatekeeper training to the community, companies, individual groups, and faith -based organizations. QPR refers to Question. Persuade. Refer. The three steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide
Sources of Strength
School-based Suicide Prevention Training
Sources of Strength, a universal suicide prevention program, is designed to build protective influences and reduce the likelihood that vulnerable youth will become suicidal. The program trains students as peer leaders and connects them with adult advisors at school and in the community.
Survivors of Suicide Loss Group
The principles found in this group helps bring healing to those who have lost a loved who have died by suicide. The group helps individuals transition from grieving to healing. With other participants, they learn to understand their emotions, walk through the stages of grief and loss, and develop creative ways to keep the memories of their loved one alive.
RTS referral services are proven to help families. We take the stress out of searching by researching the resources that best fit your need. All information shared is protected by HIPPA laws.
Faith-Based Mental &
Emotional Wellness Groups
The principles found in this group helps bring mental and emotional wellness to anyone. Mental Wellness is about being able to create and live a meaningful life and give back to the community in a substantial satisfying way. Our groups explore finding hope, developing self-esteem and resilience, having a sense of purpose and meaningful life, building healthy relationships, gaining, and keeping one ’s independence, and developing an individual wellness recovery plan.
Mental Health Peer
Our Ohio Certified Peer Support Specialists are people with a lived experience. Peer Supporters have been trained to support those who struggle with mental illness, substance abuse, and suicidal ideation. Wherever you are in your recovery journey our peer supporters are there to help, support, and walk alongside you. They will share, listen, and empower you to take steps to reclaim their life.
Mental Health Life Coaching
RTS offers supportive one -on -one coaching. In our Mental Health Life Coaching Sessions, we look at life from a holistic approach, the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. RTS works with clients to develop a wellness recovery plan which provides mental wellness strategies unique to the individual.
