God's Grace is Sufficient no matter where you are in your mental health journey 

This group walks you through scriptures that come alive on your personal road to recovery.  You will find how individuals throughout the bible faced the same anxiety, depression and other mental health difficulties and how their faith was strengthen in the process.

THRIVE ~ Living Resilient & Renewal 

We are created to walk in purpose, but sometimes mental health challenges get in the way and we find ourselves walking away from our purpose.  
Living a life of resiliency and renewal can sometimes be hard when you can't find your way out of the bed day after day, or you find yourself in a place of consistent toxic spiraling thoughts, or fighting a mental roller coaster of life.  But, there is HOPE!  In this group we gather to find God's truth to our everyday struggles, and walk with each other to a life of wholeness in Christ.  Our healthy lifestyle habits and what it takes to have a healthy mind, faith and relationships.  As well as develop a wellness recovery action plan to help you to get up and walk in the grace of God.
